Here are the metrics we used for the Nu Metal Draft.
- 1- Not Falling
Your score is the sum score of three different picks highest charting albums on the Billboard 200/Top Album Sales. Choose the highest charting single album from three different bands, not three albums from a single band. Lowest score wins i.e. three #1s are better than three #10s. If for some reason you have a band with no charting albums, their position is 201.
- 2- Steal This Album!
Your score is the total number of full length studio albums across all five of your picks. No Compilations or B sides albums. Highest Score is the goal.
- 3- When Worlds Collide
Your score is the total number of genres listed for all of your bands combined. Only use genres listed in the bands info box only, not in the text of the page. Nu metal is discounted from all lists. Highest score is the goal.
- 4- Bodies
Your score is the total number of current or most recent band members across all of your picks, highest score wins. Paired with Metric 5
- 5- People = Shit
Your score is the total number of current or most recent band members across all of your picks, lowest score wins. Paired with Metric 4.
- 6- Points of Authority
For each band on your team, assign 1 point for each of these categories:
-Uniforms/Makeup – if the band, or a single member, performs shows in matching costumes, masks, face paint or costumes, assign one point.
-DJ/Turntablist/Sampler/Programmer – If the band employs an electronic element either as a member, or as a second credit for another member, assign one point.
-Misspelled – If the band’s name is misspelled (contains a non-scrabble-legal word), assign one point. Proper names and numbers do not count as misspelled.
Maximum 3 points per band on your team. Your score is the total number of points earned by all bands on your team. Highest score is the goal.
- 7- Follow the Leader
Your score is the date of the earliest Major label debut full length album on your team. Earliest chronologically wins. Paired with Metric 8.
- 8- Still Sucks
Your score is the date of the most recent major label full length album on your team. Most recent chronologically wins.
- 9- Ozzmosis
For each band on your team, assign 2 points if that band has at any time performed on the Ozzfest main stage, and 1 point if that band has performed on the second stage at Ozzfest.Maximum 3 points per band. Your score is the total points earned by your whole team
- 10- Mechanical Animals
Your score is the amount of followers of the most followed official band page of any band on your team. If no page, followers are 0. Most followers is the goal.
